    Adams Ridge Subdivision | Nampa, Idaho

    Adams Ridge is a new, in-development subdivision in northwest Nampa, Idaho located at the corner of Ustick Road and Santa Ana Road. Developed by Hubble Homes, this 159-acre development will feature 478 single-family homes, 88 fourplexes, 260 apartments, 6 commercial lots, and a storage unit complex. For the residents, there will be a community pool with clubhouse and two playgrounds.

    Homes in Adams Ridge will sit on lots ranging from 0.11 to 0.274 acres. The subdivision will feature one and two-story homes ranging from 1,070 to 3,259 square feet.

     

     

    Adams Ridge is perfectly situated in northwest Nampa a few minutes north of the Karcher Road exit. This exit is home to two large retail centers with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment From the Karcher exit, Boise is about a half-hour drive on Interstate-84. Downtown Nampa has everything you could want to do in Boise without having to commute there: hospitals and other medical services, outdoor activities, college events, golfing, and plenty of new growth.

    Students living in Adams Ridge will attend these schools in the Vallivue School District:

    • Desert Springs Elementary
    • Sage Valley Middle (across Ustick Rd from the subdivision)
    • Ridgevue High
