Aerial View of Two Southeast Boise Neighborhoods

Build Idaho has a new aerial view of two subdivisions in SE Boise: Gliden Place and Lakewood.

Southeast Boise is one of the most desirable areas of Boise to live in. Lakewood is an established neighborhood with tons of mature trees, three ponds with waterfront properties, and community parks. Timberline High School and White Pine Elementary are adjacent to the subdivision, which allows kids to easily and safely walk or bike to school.

Gliden Place is a 12-lot infill community with a cul-de-sac between Lakewood and the Lakewood Montessori School. These houses are brand new construction and full of modern amenities.

Southeast Boise is so popular and in-demand because of the mixture of high-end and mid-range homes, as well as its proximity to what makes Boise so great. The foothills and Table Rock (which can be seen in the 360 to the north), Boise State University, Micron HQ, downtown Boise, the Boise Greenbelt, Lucky Peak reservoir, and the Harris Ranch master planned community are all a short drive away.
